An adventure/suspense novella with elements of mystery, set in ancient Mahalia, a kingdom neighboring Nubia and Ethiopia. A sudden series of attacks by invaders prompts the king of Mahalia to tell the truth about his past, his queen to tell the truth about a fabled warrior in gold armor, and their son to piece the information together to save the kingdom. For young adults and up.
